Banana, Ginger and Honey Smoothie

If you looking for a smoothie that’s going to help with heartburn, digestion issue and feeling sick, then this is the one for you.

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas.
  • Half a teaspoon of grated ginger.
  • 400 ml of vanilla yogurt.
  • 1 Tablespoon of honey.

Servings: 2-3

Preparation time: 5 minutes.

Method:

Start by slicing the bananas up to make it an easier task for the smoothie maker or blender. Add these to your chosen smoothie machine. Pour in the yogurt, ginger and honey, then blend together.

Making sure you give enough time to spread out the honey and ginger, you won’t make this mistake more than once if you do. You will certainly feel that kick of ginger if it’s not blended properly.
Then pour into 2-3 glasses to serve.
